Saves Time & Cost of Plastering

Delivers very smooth RCC casting surface with very minor joint lines which eliminates the need for subsequent plastering work.

Patch-free Finishing

Due to special grade of plastic used, RCC does not stick to the plates, nor does it generate any chemical reaction resulting in patch-free finish.

Leak-proof Plates

As the gap between two plates is negligibly small, slurry does not leak at the time of pouring or curing concrete.

High Quality RCC Casting

RCC Cures completely without any loss of slurry right from the bottom surface in touch with plate. This enhances quality of RCC casting.

Speeds Up Construction

There is no need for nails for fixing plates or oiling plates before casting. Further, plates are also auto levelled. This saves about 30% time in assembly & dismantiling.

Extremely Light Weight

Our Formwork systems weighs less than MS (four times less) and plywood (two times less) which makes it easier to install, dismantle and transport.

Due to very easy plugging system and lightweight, our formwork system is effortless to lift, movem arrange and work with, and does not require skilled labour.

Low Maintenance System

After every use, plate need to be simply cleaned with water. Even in case of breakage due to mishandling, plate can be easily repaired by low voltage water gun.
